Meet the insignia team

When Insignia opened its doors back in 2008, we were asked “what is your unique selling point, what makes your company different from the one down the road?” The answer is simple – the Insignia team.

Getting a good team behind you isn’t easy, but we think we have the quality individuals that make the whole process of purchasing a new kitchen, bathroom or bedroom enjoyable and stress free.

Our inspirational designers take time to create your dream room, taking on board your needs and wishes. They offer honest, genuine guidance and advice on room layouts, colour schemes and product selection, and you can be rest assured they will never sell you anything you don’t need or want.

From there our known and trusted installation team work together to bring your design to life. They are all highly skilled, take pride in their work, turn up on time, and most importantly, clean up after themselves. Would we let them in our own homes? We have!

And finally there is me! I have a very “hands on” role in the business, and I am always around to make sure everything is running smoothly. This means should you have any issues, I will personally ensure that they are fully resolved, no ivory towers and definitely no call centres.

So it’s clear to us, that it’s not just the quality products that makes Insignia a great company, it is each and every individual who make up our team. We do care, we are different and we won’t let you down.
